Recently, the English version of “Short Story Collection of Shaanxi Writers" exhibition held in the 18th Beijing International Book Fair (BIBF) in China Book International Promotion Plan zone. With the English title of "Old Land, New Tales: 20 of the Best Stories”, this collection of short stories contains the short story masterpieces more than 20 well-known writer in Shaanxi in recent 30 years, such as Lu Yao, Jia Pingwa and Chen Zhongshi. Professor Hu Zongfeng translated Jia Pingwa's novella "the Country Wife” which had the largest number of Chinese characters of nearly 30,000 words. Lecturer Su Rui in our college is a co-translator of artist Li Kangmei’s “House of the Ancestor”.
