On the afternoon of June 21, 2023, the School of Foreign Languages held the second summer camp preparation meeting in the fifth-floor conference room. Dean Cao Ruonan, Vice dean Su Rui and the responsible persons for various aspects of the summer camp attended the meeting. The preparation meeting was chaired by Vice Dean Su Rui.

The attendees, primarily teachers, first discussed several aspects that needed optimization based on the first annual summer camp. Each responsible person introduced the characteristics and highlights of their respective areas of responsibility, reviewed the shortcomings in their work, and proposed corresponding ways for optimization.
The second item on the agenda was to deploy the work of each aspect of the second annual summer camp, identify specific responsible persons for each aspect, and implement related details, including teacher-student coordination, venue coordination, equipment guarantee, linkages between activities, and promotional efforts.
Finally, Dean Cao Ruonan made concluding remarks. Dean Cao expressed gratitude for everyone's efforts and dedication during the first summer camp, hoping that the responsible persons for the preparation and implementation of the second summer camp would be familiar with their work content while also paying attention to coordination with other responsible persons. She emphasized the need for concerted efforts to ensure the orderly progress of the summer camp work and to attract more outstanding talents to our graduate education program.
