To encourage the comprehensive development of students and enhance the quality of talent cultivation at the school, a meeting was held on the afternoon of October 17 in the fifth-floor conference room of the West Learning Building to review graduate scholarships for the 2023-2024 academic year. Attendees included Zhao Zhihou, the Secretary of the school’s Party Committee; Liu Jianbo, Deputy Party Secretary; Li Ming, Dean of Teaching; Yang Ying, Dean of Administration; Professor Li Tie, member of the Degree Evaluation Committee; Associate Professor Xu Lu, graduate teaching supervisor; Associate Professor He Hua; graduate counselor Ma Shengbo; graduate secretary Zhou Dan; and student representatives from the class of 2022-2024. The meeting was chaired by Dean Cao Ruonan.

Based on the “Implementation Guidelines for the Evaluation of Scholarships at the SFL, NWU,” Dean Cao explained the issues encountered during the scholarship evaluation process. After discussions among the review members, they reached a consensus on aspects such as the scope of competition bonus points, project level identification, and standards for practical and service recognition. The list of award recipients will be publicly announced to all students shortly.
