One achievement from SFL has won the first prize in the 2023 Shaanxi Provincial Graduate Foreign Language Teaching Achievement Awards

Recently, the Shaanxi Association for Academic Degrees and Graduate Education announced the results of the 2023 Shaanxi Provincial Foreign Language Teaching Achievement Awards. Our university submitted 2 teaching achievements, both of which received awards. Among them, the project “With the Guidance of Ideology and Politics and Empowerment of the Humanities: Innovation and Practice of Comprehensive University’s ‘One Core, Multiple Elements’ of MTI Talent Training Model” submitted by our school won the first prize.

This achievement, with “enhancing students’ translation abilities” at its core, integrates “moral education” and “student cultivation” into an organic whole, gathers various educational entities to create a mutually supportive system. It incorporates ideological and political education into the training process and integrates it into the entire educational process, thereby optimizes the talent training model. After years of refinement and practice, it has achieved certain results in collaborative education, mechanism innovation, and experience promotion.

The Shaanxi Provincial Graduate Foreign Language Teaching Outstanding Achievement Award is awarded by the Foreign Language Teaching Committee of the Shaanxi Association for Academic Degrees and Graduate Education. It is applied for by graduate training units of various universities in Shaanxi Province and selected through peer expert review. This award is a full affirmation of our school’s comprehensive research and practice in graduate education reform, which lays a solid foundation for fostering higher-level teaching achievements. In the next stage, our school will focus on promoting and realizing the connotative development of graduate education in accordance with the development plan and key points of the university’s “14th Five-Year Plan”, and continuously improve the quality of graduate education.
