SFL held review meeting for 2022-2023 graduate national scholarship

On the afternoon of October 8th, the school held the review meeting for the 2022-2023 academic year graduate national scholarship in the conference room on the fifth floor of the West Building. The meeting was attended by Wang Jun, the Secretary of the School Party Committee, Liu Jianbo, the Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee, Su Rui, the Dean of the Research Institute, Li Mi, the Dean of the Teaching Institute, Professor Ji Jianfen, Associate Professors Xu Lu and He Hua, graduate student supervisor, Secretary Zhou Dan, counselors Zhao Mingxing and Ma Shengbo, and representatives from the graduate students enrolled in 2022 and 2021, totaling 19 participants. The meeting was chaired by Dean Cao Ruonan.

In accordance with “The Management Measures for National Scholarships for Postgraduates of Northwest University and the Detailed Rules for the Evaluation of National Scholarships for Postgraduates of the School of Foreign Languages of Northwest University, and after the students proactively submitted their applications, the materials submitted by the 13 applicants were collectively reviewed. Discussions and voting were conducted to address issues encountered during the award evaluation process. Simultaneously, the applicants participated in online public defenses. It is proposed to recommend 6 students, including He Jiale from the 2021 English Translation, as recipients of the National Scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year. After the public notice period, the recommendations will be submitted to the university.
