Dear freshmen of 2023,

Greetings! We hereby explain the relevant matters concerning the transfer of organizational relationships for freshmen:

1. Transfer of Organizational Relationships via the "Intelligent Youth League Construction" System

 Transfer Process: Log in to the personal "Intelligent Youth League Construction" system — Click on "Relationship Transfer" — Choose the branch to transfer to, "Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League—Provincial Education Committee of the Communist Youth League—Northwest University Communist Youth League—School of Foreign Languages Communist Youth League—XX Branch" — Finally, submit the application and promptly contact the administrator of your current branch to approve the transfer.

2. Transfer to Youth League Branches

(1) Graduate students admitted to the School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, will transfer to the "2023 Academic Master's Youth League Branch, School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, Shaanxi Provincial Education" for academic master's students; those with odd-numbered student ID digits will transfer to the "2023 Professional Master's Youth League Branch of Class One, School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, Shaanxi Provincial Education"; those with even-numbered student ID digits will transfer to the "2023 Professional Master's Youth League Branch of Class Two, School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, Shaanxi Provincial Education".

(2) Undergraduate freshmen admitted to majors in "Foreign Languages and Literature" will be streamed into different majors after registration. According to the streaming situation, they will transfer to the following branches: "Youth League Branch of 2023 Class A of English, School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, Shaanxi Provincial Education", "Youth League Branch of 2023 Class B of English, School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, Shaanxi Provincial Education", " Youth League Branch of 2023 Class C of English, School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, Shaanxi Provincial Education", "Youth League Branch of 2023 Class A of Japanese, School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, Shaanxi Provincial Education ", " Youth League Branch of 2023 Class B of Japanese, School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, Shaanxi Provincial Education," "Youth League Branch of 2023 Class of Russian, School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University, Shaanxi Provincial Education".

3. Notes

  (1) Freshmen should submit their youth league archives and personnel archives to their respective units during registration.

  (2) Youth league archives (membership application, membership pledge, youth league card) must be complete and compliant. Young league members who joined the league after 2017 must have a 12-digit youth league development number issued by the Communist Youth League Central Committee.

  (3) Upon correct verification of youth league archives during registration, transfer will be facilitated with the introduction letter of the youth league organizational relationship.

  (4) The introduction letter of the youth league organizational relationship should be addressed to: Communist Youth League Committee of Northwest University.
